This is my first attempt at NMM. I'm happy with the greaves, but a little disappointed in the breastplate. Definitely need to practice. I DID use metallic silver on the axe, was after a blackened steel look and couldn't achieve it with NMM, and really couldn't afford to spend more time on it. Oh well....practice, practice, practice....
Pretty cool mini, though.

Very good job for a first attempt at NMM, but if you look at what you did on the axe, doing exactly the same but with a grey colour and then a very light highlight on the edge would have got you NMM on the axe aswell. It does work nicely with the metallic paint though : ) Once again very nice work on the facial expression and flesh tones....hope it sells well! | |
