A painted Kroot Hound, the first miniature in what will eventually be my Tau army for 40K. Tried out a new color scheme for the flesh here, as well as a new technique/scheme for painting the rocks and ground cover on the base.
Rating: 8 I think that if executed properly, it could look really good. The flesh idea gives a good alternate alien feel to the kroot hound. Not so lizard man looking, which seems to be the problem with most paint schemes for the kroot. Keep it up and will be watching for you next submissions for the army list.
