Remorhaz -also known as polar worms- are described being of G size (21’ to 42’ long) in TSR’s Monstrous Compendium. Mini size is about 10 and a half cm length and about 8 cm high on the topmost end (antenna). Their color is described as ‘ice blue that becomes more white on the top of the back’ and that is what I was trying to accomplish, although photo has much light and it is difficult to notice the highlights. Finally, hoof was missing from one leg, as you can see on the last leg in the back…
Although single color minis are sometime dull to paint, I enjoyed this one. Glad you like it
Rating: 7 Yo! Wicked! Don't know what the hell it is, but it has alot of legs to hack off. Definately one of Ral Partha's best sculpts. Alot better than some dragons. And the paint job really brings out the little grooves and details on this sick puppy. How big IS this thing anyways?
