Tinweasel 22-Nov-07 #242267 | | Rating: 8 I especially like the converted pose of the figure on the bike - it really looks like he's swung the bike around in a skid to shoot at some targets. I also like the crisp highlights and transition of color on the green areas. Where I think the figure is somewhat lacking is in the transition from silver highlights back into the gold/bronze metals - while they look good and realistic in some areas, in others they're overly thick and detract from the metal's appearance (like on the power fist and right greave, for example). Still a beautifully painted figure, though, and your attention to detail on stuff like the oily, blackened gun barrels is great! |
Vic Mackey 14-Dec-06 #207050 | | Rating: 9 FAN-TASTIC! Love the pose and the colour schemes that you come up with are awesome. The only thing that it's lacking is a dirty great skid mark gouged into the snow. The base looks a bit plain at the mo', but when thats the worst you can say about a mini then you know it's good. |

Mornedhel 24-Feb-06 #168890 | | Rating: 8 Awesome mine, I especially love the pose! Could you get some pics from other views? The back of the bike seems to be converted, but you can´t really see it on this picture.
And DrEvilmonki, I don´t think that´s a rust effect. That´s the colour scheme. |
DrEvilmonki 01-Feb-06 #166203 | | Rating: 9 Awesome fig. I think the rust effect is over done in parts (on the powerfist esp.) The lining on the mud gaurd should be a bit lighter on the up side as this would be getting more light. The writing on the purity seal looks a bit thick. I have seen people using grey instead of black for the writing and it seems to look more natural. I agree with super ready - love the snow on the tyres. |
Super Ready! 09-Jan-06 #162717 | | Rating: 9 Great pose... extra point for the metallics and the snow in the tyre, nice touch |
