Okay painting the mask as a face just looks creepy. Did you do that intentionally or did you not see it was supposed to be a mask? 8 for me, but should be an 9 if that was done on purpose.

I think it is the free hand which holds this back from being over 9. The coat just looks like you have put random squiggles on it and it doesn't make much sense,
