Ugh, that is some intricate and painstaking detail you've got there. Main criticism is that the blue of the robe is not dark enough to shake the purple. It looks more like a different colour than a shading.

Great cloak pattern- nice sword, base, IMO skin on the face could have been better (more shadows, depth).

Considering you have had an extended break from painting, this is a great job. The detail on the cloak is good, although the outside could do with a bit more highlighting IMO. The face looks good, as does his sword. Nice job and welcome to Cool Mini!
