These Slaanesh marines were converted as follows: The bodies are plastic Khorne Berzerkers; the heads are 5th edition plastic Chaos Warriors. All Khornate symbols were shaved or cut off; the belt symbols were then replaced with knife-blades. The leader has an actual jewel from a bracelet on his belt, re-painted. I wanted to make 2 units, one with double chainsaws and one with double pistols. These are the chain-boys. Each as a bolt pistol on his belt, to make him 'legal.'

Very nice. Although im not a big fan of the bright bubblegum pinks for Slaanesh schemes but it definately helps pull them far away from looking like berserkers. Which by the way, is just sweet, using models from the rival god to make them, very sweet. The prince of excess would approve hheh ^_~ You could maybe try adding some sculpted fleshy tendrils, or fleshy parts over the axes to help reinforce that slaaneshiness even more, but, just a suggestion, they look, striking. | |
