Honestly I think it would look worse with completely flawless transitions of color. Way more realistic to have a bit of imperfection, almost like a motion blur on the reflections. I have no idea if it was planned, but I like it! A bug on the windshield would've given you a 10. I'm kidding  |

I like it alot. The chrome makes the Tau vehichles seem longer and sleeker. I've seen a few other vehichles done in chrome from Tau armies and am tempted to do it in the Tau army I am painting for a friend along with clear Stealth Suits. But as already said the top looks abit rough, but I think that is what gives it a more realistic look to me.
