I did this for a painting competition at underempire.net. The theme of the contest was "Clan Pestilens" so I created a duel-style piece showing a Clan Pestilens Plague Censer Bearer and a Skink from the spawn of Sotek. This all ties in with GW's Lustria book last year.
Again, photography was the enemy. The boils on the various parts of the Skaven's hand and face barely show up.

Not sure about the skaven pose, but it must have been a tough call. The paintjob is pretty cool, I especially like the lizzy skintone.
