This wa a mini used to practice new techniques and concepts taught by no one else than Jérémie Bonamant. HE convinced me to finish it and enter it in the GD, and wow! I snatched Gold! Thank you Bragon, I owe you one! Grosses bises!
Definetly a change from my usual style, I enjoyed playing with a more realistic ambiance. Hope you enjoy this venture away from my usual, but rest assured I will be putting the new things I learned to good use for my next Chaos projects!

Rating: 9 Saught this one out after you referenced it on B+C, very interesting peice, has a gorgeous golden glow and also looks vaguely acheivable since you can actually see layers which with all the push for seamlessness is a great boon to those who havnt quite managed that hurdle. Truly fascinating peice and nice to see you tackle a less in your face cartoony style as you used on Magmatrax and hellforge
Rating: 9 Great work! The likeness is quite good. The robe is wonderful. Not sure if I like the freehand on the robe. Maybe a tad too dark for my taste. A very minor crit that doesn't take away from an awesome job! Congrats!
Rating: 9 The pciture just doesn't doesn't do the mini justice, although I love seeing the scrollwork up close. That cloak is just amazing, I still can't beleive how smooth it is.
