I love this necron lord, specially for the general ambience, the colours are very close to the main concept in tha codex but smoothly treated

maybe the base could be some researched one but at the same time it leaves the whole attention to the mini

in my opinion some areas needs more contrast..but i saw it there and i thought that it is a very original paintjjob for a very simple mini, very well painted: so good nthecnic, good colour..instead a more tone variation could be better in my opinion..and veryu good effects,... very deserved trophy.. a good piece.. and very beuatiful freehand designs. congrats

Enfin la voila..., moi, ça a été un de mes coup de coeur de ce dernier games day, je trouve cette piéce super originale, bon ok matt avait fait un truc similaire, mais a quel niveau? si ce n est des dessins de trucs necrons? donc moi je trouve qd même cette piéce bien différente et mieux même.Et la tof ne lui rend pas honneur a mon humble avis. Enfin bref que du bon pour moi et encore dommage qu'on perrde les nuances sur le poing droit en photo, Bravo bravo, j'adore.... Et pour le socle, tu te rattraperas la prochaine fois ;D. David

thanks for all yours comments. julien: ben j'ai pas retouché les photos sauf relevé un peu l'éclairage, donc pour les arabesques je dirais qu'en vrai ce sont les mêmes... et puis le socle volant vide ça me plaisait bien, la fig a pas besoin du socle pour être vue, et les socles c'est chiant à faire. Enfin bon peut-être qu'un jour j'en mettrais un ehehe.

Insane freehand! The colours are awesome, a really good idea and in keeping with the Necron history. If it had some sort of desert style base I'd vote you a 10.

A-Ma-zing!!! This has got to be the best Necron I have ever seen. The freehand, the mettallics...the soot from the exhaust coming through the vents on the destroyer body...did I mention the freehand? You are fast becoming one of my favorite painters.
