Rating: 6 To be honest; some aspects of this miniature are good while others do need a bit more care. The breaks/highlights of the Black could do with being a little more subtle and not so highly defined. The Photo's not as clear and sometimes looks a little blurry. In addittion there is very little colour on the miniature, basically you have only Purple, black and a Bone colour. To me you could add something like a Hawk Turquoise to give a colour triad and really add impact to the model. One thing that (to me at least ) reduces the impact of the miniature is that the robes and the base are the same colour and this doesn't work as the base is overpowering the mini. You've shown that you can do very good freehand on the base, perhaps if that could be carried onto the robes then you would have a more visually striking piece. Hope that my comments have some helpfulness in them.
