This is Rutch from the boardgame "Monstern!" published by Assassin miniatures.
Rutch is small and not very strong, but he hypnotizes his enemies with his eyes so they will fall down. Then he can slaughter them with his big knife...

Rating: 9 LOL....this is a great little model. I really like his skin tone and the blade of the weapon is great. And those eyes....ah... those eyes.....yes I will give this an 8... oh the eyes.....hmmmm..maybe a 9.........
Rating: 9 The NMM on the cleaver looks fantastic, and I love his crazy eyes. The grungy teeth and unusually coloured finger/toenails are great touches also.
