The paint scheme is a variation of the official Everblight palette. I chose to make the creature-flesh whiter and less purple to be more realistic, to get ride of any cartoon-like edge, but still used subtle-multi-color shading in the shadowed areas. A small change is that it didn't make sense to me to have the eye-like plate on the head the flesh color. After all, it's actually sculpted as a chitinous plate, so I painted it as with the other plates. The result is a huge improvement for a fiercer beast, imho.
