I found out from the forum members that this is from
to quote Dragonsreach
"SHARPE is a TV series of Mini movies featuring Sean Bean as Richard Sharpe, a Sergeant raised from the ranks to become an Officer in the 95th Rifle Regiment during the Napoleonic war in Spain"
I tried to improve the eyes and washed the uniform with a dark green for a green black look.
