Rating: 7 Both the Runner and the rider look good! You realy should do the base, although I do know for some people that's not a high priority or even required, it will make it look 100% better.
Rating: 5 His base is undone. I usually go with the base is undone = mini is not ready to put on the table, but I think you did a great job on the beast. The guy is too shiny and rough textured. And those red things on his feet. If they are supposed to be stirrups, they should match the tack on the beast and if they are shoes, well the junker has really bad taste in shoes.
