Rating: 8 Very nicely done. The base is a bit fuzzy, but it seems not on par with the paint job on the mini, a better base would enhance it significantly. Also when taking the picture you can use additional lighting from above to eliminate the shadow in the back. Another tip is to use a piece of paper (preferably a color that will make the mini stand out) to place underneath the mini, and prop up the paper so it looks like the mini has a uniform background. Again, kudos on the paint job.
Rating: 7 nice piece overall i like the colour sceme, the blending looks well done. my only fault is the NMM on the axe. i cant do NMM myself but there are some very good tutorials on how to do it if u look on the site.
Rating: 6 for a first minie the technique is quite impressive. With a little practice you'll get something very smoth I guess.
But : what awfull colors! personnally I think a limited color sheme with very little bright colors is better.
