Rating: 8 True scale refers to the fact space marines are, fluff wise, meant to be nearing 9 feet tall, but are model wise, the same height as a stock standard imperial guardsman.
True scale makes them actually taller and larger than said guardsmen.

I believe true scale is refering to the fact that the Marine is in proportion. His legs look longer. A lot better then the stumpy warriors GW churn out.
