Rating: 9 Very nice paintjob. I like how you did the gems, they looking very good and I like the smooth blendings, the colours and that very clean all over look.
Rating: 8 Very nice, but i think the skin would benefit from a little more contrast and a little bit too much of the black undercoat is left (e.g. on teh underside of the feathers and under her... um... breasts).
