Did this for a competition on the Rackham forums which got me to return to my painting after a short break. Mostly inspired by a 7th Sea Campaign I'd been doing recently.
The freehand is the most extensive I've ever tried, and I was really happy with the result even though I had to scrap half the stuff I'd designed when it actually came to trying to fit it onto the actual figure.
I also think my NMM is definately improving, though still got some way to go, getting a good white for the final highlights definately helps loads 
Anyway, hope you like it, I'd love to hear what you all think
