This one is the Silver Dragon II model sculpted by Julie Guthrie for the Dragon of the Month boxed sets put out by Grenadier. It stands 90mm (or 3 1/2 inches) tall from the bottom of the base to the tip of his highest wingtip and is mounted to a round 50mm gaming base. He has been sealed with clear gloss varnish to protect its metallic finish

Actually it was the White Dragon II.
But that's just a minor details. 
Well done! I like the metallic effect on the scales. That's something different. And it fits well on the gaming base.
