Hey guys, this was one of my Aussie Golden Demon entries for 06. He ended up taking silver in the lotr single category so I was pretty stoked.

Simply brilliant. I am probably not the best rater, because I am so bad and think that anything this good is ten, but this is definetly worth ten. Brilliant! I love the shield free hand (its not over the top at all) the leather straps are inspiring and they are, after all just leather straps and the face is amazing. Hey, I can now see why people pay ridiculous amounts of money for pro painted figures! Well done! |

Thanks for being honest with your criticism, Menace, but as Guthwine said this is my interpretation of Boromir. Besides, he probably owns more than one set of boots  |

Great piece of art! I love the golden details on the "shirt".
I dont understand the 7, I mean its Zordanas interpretation of Boromir and the colors work fine together. |

On the paintwork i must give you a 10, but i'm nuts about LotR and so much of this mini is inconcise.. 1. Possibly the best sculpt in the lotr range and you dont show the face...-1...2... the horn end is all one gold and the mouth piece should be silver...-1...There is no variation in boromirs cloak as you have suggested ...-1---His boots are black!-1 . To be honest i am being so critical as i am painting the same for our local GD in Norway and i hope you will be as honest in your criticism of mine as i have been of yours, you have a massive talent but for me you have relied upon it for this figure and i am disappointed |
