Quiksilver 20-Dec-06 #207826 | | Rating: 7 I hate to be harsh but no way does this mini deserve a 9.0! The pait job is just streaky and rough with bad lighting and wierd looking NMM |
Banshee 20-Dec-06 #207765 | | Rating: 7 the paintjob is rough. the lights are not well placed, the colours are just out from the paint, it goes to black always in the shadows and to white in the light..it shouldnt be that way specially in a historical mini..where it is all more realistic and you should consider a normal illumination.. the freehands are too big.. make it a zoom until the real size that this mini should have it it would be a person and those freehands would be enormous.. and finally the freehands is the easiest `part in a mini..only patience and attention.. no more.-. sorry but that is true i dfont want to hurt noone..but this page it is supposed to learn from others, isnt it.. or maybe i can only give 9 because yes?¿?¿.this is not a 9 comparing with the level o a 9's miniature. no more |
precinctomega 19-Dec-06 #207701 | | Rating: 9 Not a 9? The freehand alone justifies a 9. |
ThomasMuckus 17-Dec-06 #207369 | | Rating: 10 kislev here, kislev there, it is simply a realy great paintjob, o.K.? |
Banshee 17-Dec-06 #207350 | | Rating: 7 thecnically and for the colours it is not more than a 7. dont want to sound hars but it is not a 9 in my opinion.. |
ddd 10-Dec-06 #206309 | | Rating: - maru, I know, that it not Kislev (only Kislev it not Polish + Russian army. Kislev it is Polish + Ukrainian army 1500-1700.) And so it is a figure of the Polish Hussar of 1610. And Zolkievsky it not kislev nobleman, and the known Polish Hetman who was at war with Moscow and with Turks. Only very few people knows, that it is the Polish Hussar, therefore I have written "kislev nobleman " and have carried a figure in section fantasy.
And the Empire in warhammer is not present, these are historical figures of times renesance. And Bretonian in warhammer is not present, these are historical figures European armies of 13-14 centuries (german + england)
But me has pleased, that someone knows though hardly hardly history, and knows that it is the Poland Hussar =)))
