This is mostly converted and based on a couple of Jes Goodwin's sketches. He's a cross between a preacher and a technomat I think. I call him some kind of Administratum beaurocrat.

It's nice to see some of the Goodwin's sketches come alive. IMHO he would look better if the hat was taller just like on the sketch. Also his right arm seams a little too long. Keep it up. | |
