I painted for a coworker in a few months worth of lunchtimes. He's a character from Usagi Yojimbo. The base is a first for me; it's a two-part polyurethane water effect that I blocked in with plasticard and adhesive tape. The rocks and turtle were sculpted before pouring the polyurethane, and the rhino was added after.

Rating: 7 Nice job on a cool mini. One day I'll finally get around to painting up some more of the Usagi minis, including this one. Good job on the base too.
