Now that they're out in the new White Dwarf, I figured I'd make a little higher quality collage.
These minis are special to me, as they are my first of hopefully many Golden Demon winning entries. Whomever gets these will be very pleased.

Thanks for all the comments. I'm selling these guys because I can't use them. I am painting my palyable army to this standard, so I have enough "goodies" in the display case.
As for the 1st company thing, I looked in the codex and sure enough, it says Tyrannic War Veterans are 1st co.
About the guy with the knife...he's loosely based on the TWV in the codex.

1st company veterans have access to loads of war gear...including power armour,i think as long as they have white helmets they are members of the 1st company??anyway great squad,the tyranid hunter with the knife looks a lil puny with the knife-i swapped mine for a chainsword which broadned the stance and made him look meaner...anyway,again,great! |

Yeah, they are veteran tyranid hunters, and if you look in the codex, youll find that all the tyrannic war veterans were placed in the first company.
And not all first companies always wear terminator armour anyway, except for the deathwing.
How ever, wicked looking squad though man. |

I wondered about that too. When I entered the Squad, I titled them "Ultra Marine Tyranid Hunters". GW renamed the Ultra Marines 1st Company. I figured, who am I to argue with "the man".
Anyway, glad ya'll like them. It'll be sad to see them go, and I hope they get a good home. |

Awesome work. The only thing is that these guys are not Ultramarines 1st company. First company of the Ultramarines are Terminators only! They look like a veteran Tyranid Hunters to me. Cheers! |
