lovely sculpt to work with by latorre figures, my 3rd ever 54mm.
it started out as a practice piece that i was going to put on ebay but a collector saw a wip of it and bought it before it was even finished!

hope you like it.

I see you started to enjoy painting the large scale models and you did again a great job!! He looks awesome and I also love the red and I especially like how you did the fur of the wolf (it looks absolutly realistic). I agree concerniing the darkness of his skin but it might could be the photo. Armor also turned out great

no need for secrets mate it was base coated with a mix of dark red and dwarf flesh (vgc) and then shaded with glazes of dark red with blue added to keep the pallette cold. then the shadows were enhanced by black glazes with a hint of blue mixed in.

The red on the cloak is fab, subtle yet shows the folds (PM me your secret). Good snow too

I can see you're getting even better at hyper-realism The application of the snow is wonderful, for one. It looks as if it could be melting, as opposed to being half Maximus' height or looking like paper mache! His face is a little too dark (more contrast here would be great imo) for my liking, and could use a touch of red because it does indeed look cold outside I really wish you hadn't dullcoted that armour.. Anyhow, the base is perfect, one of your best in fact. And that cloak?? Stunnning!
