For me it is not believable enough - one fragile elf, and two heavy objects. Looks like moment ago another elf went to pee and he is just keeping one of his items.
But I like your paintwork very much  I have objection only to the concept and composition. |

Bloody nice piece. Only reason it's not a ten for me is the wood above the banner does not seem to be highlighted to the extent the rest of the figure is. Every other surface seems to have very bright highlights and a wide contrast.
Oh and the leaves look to big for the scale. |
