It had been a while since I'd done a Rackham figure, and I'd always liked the simplicity of this piece, gave me an opportunity to work on my contrast a bit as well as blending different colours.

imo, mini is underrated. i 've seen your article about base on oz painters forum and have to tell you that it looks so realistic. at first time i thought it is a real part of marble floor tile. also, miniature is painted superbly, cloak, nmm, and freehand. thank you for sharing this. regards. |
