I would have posted this sooner, but my computer was out of commission for a while
I tried some new techniques on this model, I hope you like them as much as I do. I did a lot more subtle tinting of color than I've done before, you might notice the browns and reds in the blue jacket. The blade also has some of the washes as outlined in Automaton's awesome metallics article. I used a red-purple-blue transition. I will definitely experiment more with these techniques in the future.
I'm still not happy with my skin colors, and I don't like the clump foliage that came in GW's hero basing kits. The stuff looks way worse than the foam stuff, I had a feeling I wouldn't like it but I tried anyway. Now I know better
Rating: 10 WOW! Such an awesome job on the whole thing, it is hard to pick out the "best" parts. Her clothing is amazing, and that face, just beautiful! I can only hope to do half as well on mine!
