This started out as a test of metal painting,got a little carried away as you can see,the gems i intentialy didnt blend to much as i wanted a celestial stom effect on them.
and as you can see there are way to many to count!!!
vine effect was through 4 tones of green from a black green down to a light moss green.
The main scheme goes from a burnt exhaust metal to burnt gold/alunimium blend to gold on the main wings.

Overall it is a very nice piece, I dislike the painted cockpit window, but that is more of a preference. I love the effects on the gems and the details and vinework is very well done. | |
