Rating: 9 These are obviously some extensively converten and well-painted skaven. Unfortunately most of the pictures are blurry to the extreme so it is hard to make out the details. It would be nice to see some pics of the individual regiments and the characters and warmachines so we could really appreciate the work you have accomplished.
Rating: 8 If these are your usual quality which I have no doubt they are then they will be awesome, the problem is the pictures just don't show the detail well enough to give any higher than a guestimated 8.
