Here's a conversion done by me and sculpted by my friend. I've followed a painting style that inspired by RAFFY10. Weapon gold are painted in TMM technique while armor gold are in NMM. The back cloak designed are free hand painted.
And finally my miniatures photos are taken by a professional. Now its very clear comparing to my previous models.
Anyway enjoy! And thank you RAFFY10 for your advise and everyone who gave me advise of the photo.
Rating: - Thanks guy for your comments. Really appreciate it. I've highlighted the model using flesh color and also fortress gray. This is my 1st time using this technique. Need to practice more.... Thanks guys!!!
Rating: 8 Very nice! I think however that you use too much white in the hihglightcolour making the red look a bit washed out on some places. I thnk the place it works best are the places where you have the saturated red close to the highlight making it look like a glare. The parts it doesn't work as well is where you only go up to a pinkish midtone where it doesn't work as a glare and more look washed out. I think the brightest kneepad highlight is actually real glare, but that's how far in highlight you should go. Flesh colours often works well in the initial phase highlighting red.. that's when you more are building form. But any pale colour with a bit of warmth in them should work. Of course another option is to glaze the painted midtonareaa afterwards with a saturated red to get some colour back! Sven
