The design for the banner was inspired by Doug Braun's Longbeards (2005 Chicago Golden Daemon- first place) "Longbeards of Karak Eight Peaks". Perhaps these Dwarfs live nearby Doug's regiment, in a neighboring hold.
His Banner FAR exceeds mine in execution; check it out:

Dalanshin 09-Sep-08 #269518 | | Rating: - Indeed, there are 10 peaks! These Dwarfs were not quite sober when they made this Banner, but then again, are they ever?

vonzeppel 09-Sep-08 #269499 | | Rating: 7 But there are 10 peaks on the banner, should be 8 I suppose you left too much space for the last peak on the back, so you had to put 2 more, am i right? Now it's radher Karak Ten Peaks | |
