You've done a fantastic paintjob on an otherwise ridiculous fig! I really like the green armor, and the gold is fantastic! I like the white horse too! I like the plants you've inserted into the rocks. A nice touch, without a 'busy' or a forced feel!
Your paintjob is crisp and clean, and nicely highlighted!
That said, he's sitting funny on the horse - maybe better suited if the horse was standing still rather than starting to rear/kick. The mini is way too stiff/static for the movement the horse is conveying. I would have chosen a better horse for the knight.
I'm not a fan of the base. What knight - wearing that god-awful top-heavy helmet is going to ride a horse up on those jagged narrow rocks? That horse makes a sudden move, Tyrion is going right off that horse, breaking his neck in the process.
I like all the pieces here, but the total package lets me down a little. | |
