I'm re-photographing and re-submitting my past minis now as my new monitor means they will now actually look somewhat like they do in real life
This was my 40K single figure entry for GD spain 2008. Didn't place but even so this is one of my favourite minis I've painted and (as with all of Simon Egan's sculpts) was an absolute joy to paint.
The simple idea is of a Krieg quartermaster reading last rites to a fallen comrade. The conversion is fairly subtle, just swapping arms to give him the book, and adding the pistol back into it's holster.
Rating: 10 a 9.5 ~~~ the conversion and the idea was very nice but i think some of the mini area can use a more bright colour since now the mini looks great overall but it need some place to attract focus from the veiwer ~ anyway it is a very very nice job man ~
