Fabulous painting and a lovely base, with great weathering and lighting effects, but... I'm not really feeling the "versus" aspect. I get the feeling that the two opponents are more "coincidentally in each other's proximity" rather than actually locked in a duel. Perhaps if you had left the pilot visible and had some clear eye contact between the two it would have worked better.
