Overall its a good paintjob, but why are the 'fingers' green?! They look a bit snotty.
And what is the green under his eye? If you can paint details like the one on his right shoulder pad, why make such a miss with his eye? Don't get me wrong, but the eye is larger than the letters on his schoulder.
