The HirstArts stuff is very cool. I have got to get some of those molds! Excellent barrels!. I love terrain/scenery pieces. While I will agree it looks a little 'flat' it also has a gritty realism to it. Good work, Keep posting!
Thanks Trevor! I made the house out of Hirst Arts Castlemolds and High Impact Plaster. I sculpted the barrels myself and have made moulds of them which I cast myself. I am really pleased with the way they have turned out and the amount of detail they have. I am considering selling them in lots of ten or twenty but cannot decide whther to sell them painted or not. I agree the roof looks a little flat in this picture - I think I need to work on the lighting a bit more when I am taking the photos and perhaps a lighter drybrushed coat would help as well.
