Awesome conversion and painting! |

Donga 28-Jun-09 #297574 | | Rating: 10 Unlike previous posters I LIKE the warm/cold highlight/shade red scheme. It works very well. Caravagio used similar means of producing light & shade. The base is very original, almost like an evil soup lol Well done, good work |
Starks333 24-Jun-09 #297313 | | Rating: 10 great piece love the basework, dont like the silver on the weapon, the biggest issue i have is the colour of the red, it doesnt match the rest of the colours, or they dont match it, in terms of the setting or atmosphere...they are neutral or warm while the cloak and the red are blued indicating heavy darkness/shadow, and yet the red has warm highlights, again throwing off the intentions....i think that colour, while emotive in your work is in fact a weak point because you rely too much on feeling and not enough technicality at times

Farin 24-Jun-09 #297310 | | Rating: 10 akaranseth, this is truly an amazing work, an in my eyes worth a Slayer Sword . What amazes me most is not only the flawless blending and the base , but the fact that your red looks almost cold through the use of blueish tones for the shadows, it adds alot to the atmosphere of the mini and it´s unnatural look | |
