Modifications include a new head, longer sword haft and additional blade, extra chain, small gear in his midsection, custom base composed of one large gear, one medium gear, a few small gears and lots of loose screws, with a touch of lichen (for that 'weeds growing trough a tire' look).

OK, I can't argue about the head, but what's wrong with the blade? It's supposed to be an old bone. |
