What a fantastic sculpt by Dark Sword. It's very well proportioned and the small details are crisp and well done.

I won 1st place in Single Figure with this at GenCon '09 and the Dark Sword "best in show" as well.

wonderful painting, I especially liked the NMM and face, maybe something is missing coherence between the base and miniature, might add some colors as blue or violet in base to unify the environment and the figure!

I quite like the base, but it looks like its got some white bits on its face. Overall a great looking mini.

Thanks for the comments. You are correct Ritual, the judges at the comp also mentioned their dislike for the base. Apparently that was a fail! haha.

Very nicely done! Great colours and the NMM looks very crisp. The only thing that drags it down a bit, IMO, is the base. What's on it looks nice, but I think it would have looked better attached to something with a proper edge, like a plastic base, or a plinth or something.
