It's a great paintjob. The flesh and face, in particular, stand out as superior offerings. But I can't help feeling that the use of colour lets down the model as a whole. The purple stockings, blue cape and red basque/knickers don't work together effectively to complement the miniature as a whole. The orange band on the hat echoes the pumpkin really well, but this sort of detail is lost in the general melee of colour. I can't help thinking that black or dark purple used for all of the clothing would have set off the miniature as a whole much better.
