This is what a Space Marine looked like in 1988, as seen in the Citadel Miniatures catalogue at Stuff of Legends. I painted him in an old-school Crimson Fists scheme, with tactical squad markings. No idea what that weapon is supposed to be: flamer? Laser? Spud gun? Not the best paint job, I'll admit, but I needed to get back on track somehow after 6 months of no painting...

Uffda...How did we ever get addicted to this little things when they looked like THAT!!! Good solid paint job, it is a 'blast from the past' for sure. I know using older unpainted minis as a primer to shake off the rust works for me. I hope we'll be seeing more of your stuff.
