This was my 2nd place finisher at Chicago Golden Demons. I worked on this EC on and off over a period of a few months. That was definately a change for me. I ussually start a piece and work on it until it is finished. I think I put about 40 hours of work into him.

The Banner??? Yeah, a little stiff, but can't take the 10 off the whole thing... |

I like everything except for the banner, which lacks movement and make the mini look like a ...mini. The over-sized banner-top is also a minus. But apart from that this mini is fantastic. The purple glow and green sword are really great. |

it's quite beautiful, however i can't bring myself to give it a 9. the banner just glares at me saying "i didn't nail it!". the writing and the edging of the symbol just keep distracting me. if the symbol were perhaps rendered in a multidimensional way i.e 3D seeing the corners or top/bottom of the symbol edging, IMHO it would have enhanced its appearance. otherwise - great job! |

a nive one, I really like the detail work and the object source lighting, but the base looks quite strange, and I dislike the banner, the lightning bolts over dark purple just look chaos-like, and the reddish purple around the circle has no real reference on the model itself, which banner colors (at least the main ones ) should have I´d say |
