I think this is one of the better i've seen, I like everything eccept the nmm wich is less good. |

I'll echo the NMM comments; not quite enough contrast, perhaps less mid-grey and more light grey up to white would assist. Also the flesh tone could use a bit more contrast as well, deeper shading mostly, or higher highlights. I love the color choices in the clothing, and your freehand is quite nice. Overall its a well conceived and smoothly painted piece. A work to be proud of! |

What can I see, this is beautiful. Great freehand, I particularly like the design repeated on the cloak and her bottom piece. The NMM isn't quite convincing me, but I am not sure exactly why, perhaps you need some darker greys in the mix? |

Hmm...
This one looks like a rushed job compared to your other one. (You did try to cram 2 entries this time around). I think I can make out the layers used on her skirt and the blue area under her arms. But I also like the blonde at the beach theme here. Your skintones are excellent as usual. And the spear head is a real improvement from your earlier work. The freehand is lovely, but seems more blurry/smudged compared to your earlier amazon (on the skirt and cape). But the shield is brilliant. |
