Boris Mingle Conversion

This is a figure from Reaperminis, Boris Mingla, Warlord. He originally had a sword in his right hand, but I chopped it off and added a GW bitz Orc shield. With that addition, and the head hanging from his belt, he looks like he hunts demons or undead. The face stretched on the shield, the head and the horn could be trophies from his kills.
