The paint looks alright, and you've got a good start. But it looks like a WIP. It would help if the base was done, and the way you took the picture doesn't flatter the model any. I don't mean any offense. It looks really clean and like you've for some good brush control. You paint looks smooth for the most part, though I can see some problem areas where you ended up with some chalk in the front of his gown. Keep at it. I'll bet this will turn out great with a little more work.
