A detail shot of the Chaos Ogre champion from the unit in image #38378. This is the ogre that normally has two heads, but I really didnt like the positioning of the second head and a quick go with a razor saw soon removed it. After the addition of a suitably chaotic tentacle, this guy was ready to paint.

Again, another nice mini. I had the pleasure of seeing this nasty dude in the flesh and, as corny as it sounds, the pictures don't do it the justice it truly deserves. The blending on the horns looks so much more refined as does the chainmail armour. I'm also quite partial to the 'sesame seed' tentacle - it looks great; a neat little conversion. Shame the auction price didn't end higher. I'm not 100% sure about the lurid blood on the mace though... | |
