Rating: - The armor is not so glossy in real. The pic is older and was taken under a halogen lamp. Perhaps I'm gonna find the time to take a new one. Armor is painted from Tin Bitz to Shining Gold (new GW colors).
Rating: 6 The pink/violet blending to purple looks nice on the cloaks. But the armor looks too glossy. And there's too much black/shadowing (tho it could be the photo). The sword looks well done.
Rating: - Hi there,
what's wrong with the armor? I don't like the NMM-hype and think, that NMM (looking like a comic) does not fit with the realistic designed GW-Minis. Also thre are highlights.. only a little darker, cause it's a evil vampire... See more pics at http://www.warhammerportal.de/bilder/bilder.php?volk=vampire&maler=Blackhawk
Rating: 5 The sword I like, but after viewing some of the miniatures here, un-highlighted metal doesn't cut it.
I think NMM techniques should be used in conjunction with metallic paints for metal. He's what I'd consider rank-n-file, not Character model as well.
